Mango Salsa


There is so many things that you can do with mango salsa! It is so fresh and goes amazing on top of  tacos, chicken, fish, or by itself with tortilla chips!  Plus, it is super easy to make! Here is what you need:
2 Tomatoes
1 Red Onion
2 Limes
1 Jalapeño 
1 Mango
1/4 Cup chopped Cilantro
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
Salt/Pepper to Taste
Pinch of Red Chili Pepper Flakes 





Chop Tomato, Onion and jalapeño and add juice of 2 Limes and Oil.  Let stand in bowl for 5 minutes.  Add:   Mango, chopped Cilantro, pinch of Red Pepper Flakes and Salt/Pepper to taste. Refrigerate for 45 minutes before serving.   Enjoy :)
